How long does it take for an order? 

Completion time depends on the complexity of the design and whether specialty or custom-colored yarn needs to be ordered.

• Ready-to-Go items: 1–3 business days
• Custom orders: anywhere from 2 days up to 2 weeks

How do I pay?

You’ll receive an invoice with simple instructions on how to complete your payment.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

We do not offer refunds or returns. However, we’re happy to make necessary adjustments when possible. Please note that additional fees may apply for any changes. For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned.

Is there a delivery fee?

Nope! Delivery is completely free 🎉🧶

How do I measure myself for a custom item?

Use your normal clothing size, but be sure to size up by one since crochet does not stretch much.

For example, if you usually wear a medium top, we recommend ordering a large. The same sizing rule applies to pants as well.

This guideline also applies to babies, toddlers, and children, so always size up for the best fit and comfort.

For larger items like quilts or blankets, we follow standard U.S. bed comforter sizing (Twin, Full, Queen, and King).
